Cancellation Policy

Stocked Product Orders

A stocked-product order may be eligible for cancellation before fulfillment or dispatch has begun. Once preparation or shipment is underway, cancellation may no longer be available and the return policy may apply instead.

Procurement Orders

Procurement and special-order transactions are evaluated according to their purchasing stage. Once Ventura or its supplier has committed funds, placed an order or otherwise begun acquisition, the order may become non-cancellable or subject to costs already incurred.

Service Engagements

Cancellation of logistics, brand management or corporate event services is governed by the specific proposal, quotation or service agreement accepted for that engagement.

How to Request Cancellation

Contact contact@venturagroupholdingsllc.com as soon as possible and include the order or quotation reference. Ventura will confirm whether cancellation is still available and any applicable consequences before processing the request.
